Refund policy

Clients have 21 days from the date of purchase to request a return on diamond orders. All returns are subject to approval and must meet our return conditions.

Returned diamonds will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt to verify their original condition. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the diamond has been altered, damaged, or does not match the original stone sold.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days. Please contact us in advance before initiating a return.
