Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via FedEx, and clients are responsible for all associated shipping costs. Tracking information will be provided once the shipment has been processed.

Unless otherwise requested, packages are sent using standard FedEx shipping. Expedited or insured shipping options are available upon request and will be billed accordingly.

We also offer local delivery within a 1-mile radius of our Downtown Los Angeles office. If you'd prefer to schedule a local delivery or arrange for pickup, please contact us directly.
